Had a large problem that was spotted on Monday. The felt on our roof had failed and 3 joists had rotted. I was able to get a quote on Tuesday and fully fixed on Wednesday. Jo and Aaron did a great job, they explained the issue very clearly and didn’t try and give me the hard sell. Couldn’t be happier with the experience received. Really quick and efficient business, rang on Wednesday came and did a quick and thorough quote with a drone, and then work was complete by the next day! Couldn’t ask for better service and showed me drone footage of the final works with it being on the roof and difficult to see it really helped! Would recommend, great customer service.
